Refund policy

We hope you love your piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of mind: Let us know within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost, and we'll refund the item price once it's back with us.
Faulty or damaged items: Email us a photo within 14 days and we'll repair, replace or refund. We'll cover the return shipping. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please note: Because each piece is 3D printed, small variations in texture and layer lines are part of its character and aren't faults.
Custom or personalised orders can't be returned for change of mind.
